Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 30, 2026

Your privacy matters. This Policy describes what information Zopop collects and how we use it — including how we handle SMS and mobile messaging data and consent.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Zopop ("we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our lead recovery and SMS booking automation service (the "Service"), and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information — name, business name, email, phone number, and billing details you provide.
  • Contact & conversation data — phone numbers and message content exchanged with your customers through the Service.
  • Appointment & CRM data — booking details synced with your connected calendar and CRM.
  • Usage & device data — log data, IP address, browser type, and interactions with the Service.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
  • Send and receive messages, qualify leads, and book appointments on your behalf.
  • Process payments and manage your account.
  • Provide support, maintain security, and prevent abuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. SMS & Mobile Messaging

The Service sends and receives SMS/MMS messages to operate your missed-call follow-ups, appointment confirmations, reminders, and customer-care conversations.

  • Consent. Messages are only sent to individuals who have provided consent to the relevant business. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out at any time, START to opt back in, and HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
  • No sharing of mobile opt-in data. Mobile information and SMS consent (opt-in) data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
  • Service providers. We may share information with subcontractors that support the Service (for example, messaging carriers and infrastructure providers) strictly to deliver the Service, under confidentiality obligations.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:

  • With service providers who process data on our behalf under contract.
  • With integrations you connect (calendar, CRM, telephony) to deliver the Service.
  • To comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights and safety.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion as described below.

7. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights & Choices

  • Messaging. Reply STOP to opt out of messages or HELP for assistance.
  • Access & deletion. Depending on your location, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
  • Marketing. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link.

12. International Users

We operate in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
